Recently, my company Absorbent Technologies, Inc. (ATI) found itself in a very difficult situation in that the proper REACH registration had not been documented by one of our suppliers for our product line that we ship to the EU. We were presented with a very short timeline to work with and the distinct possibility that we would have to cease product shipment if a new REACH registration was not submitted and approved quickly.
